So you can have different sounds in different areas of your scenes.

I think it’s pretty cool when you add objects in motion. It starts to feel very alive when things are moving and you can interact with things like doors.

Have sound for steps when you walk on different surfaces.

Detail additions such as decals that you can put on the walls. You have graffiti, cracks in the ground, sewer caps, and road markings.

Adding those can have a much more natural look to your scene. Nothing is perfect in this world,  so adding imperfections adds another level of realism.
